The zoo in Copenhagen has a special tradition for posters. The garden was founded in 1859, and the oldest preserved poster in the Zoological Gardens collection dates from 1874.
However, only around 1900 began to use posters of today's prominent poster artists as a powerful, visual means of communication to draw attention to the new animals and attractions of the garden.
Due to its warm shades and colours, this poster has a welcoming and soothing expression. This poster thus contributes to a soulful and calm atmosphere in the vast majority of rooms.
The poster can be purchased with or without a wooden frame, available in different colors and varieties. These colours and varieties are black wood, natural oak, dark oak and magnetic oak.
